Visit us anytime at https://www.asbestosclaims.law/. A lot of what asbestos (and other) companies do is try to split hairs over what was "knowable."
Under the law, dangers are generally "knowable" if the average reasonable person who was being careful would discover the danger and understand it was a risk.
As such, these companies would often argue endless meaningless loops to prove they couldn't have known about the dangers of asbestos.
These "Asbestos Fragments" are short snippets from our multi-part Asbestos 101 series, which explores everything you could ever need to know about asbestos, from the science to the tragedy to the laws in place today.
This fragment is from Part Four. Full-length Asbestos 101, Part FOUR, can be found here: https://youtu.be/-bHwTPgEFDg
